Do I log into a server?

No. You log into Hoxi.net. The machine stays ours.

Can I start with one site?

Yes. Plans start at a single site and scale to twenty. Custom plans can be added in admin.

What if payment works and the site is still coming?

The order stays paid. Provisioning retries. It will not create a second order.

Is email hosting included?

Not yet. The mail module is designed but disabled until we enable it.

Where are backups stored?

Jobs write to your hosting node today and record a storage URI so object storage can be swapped in.
